To your investment strategy, I have an advice that you may follow the saying "cut the losses and let the profits run". Don't sell the stock when it gains only 15%. No, you should keep it for 30% ... 50% ... 100% ... 200% ... until it turns bad. But if a stock drops 15%, yes, you sell.
This is the well known "cut the losses and let the profits run" approach.
