    Kevin103...

Your actions are typical of impatient, uninformed retail...and are the very actions that the sophisticated investors profit from.

The fact you sold is not an issue...be it for profit, loss, whatever...but the fact you did it out of impatience and anger at the recent placements, screams of the actions of an uninformed junior retail.

These are the very actions the "players" feed off with their games.

I have to ask...how long have you held CVI and why did you buy in the first place?

I am trying not to make this personal, but your actions typify what I constantly refer to as dweeb activity; buying and selling without actually understanding why, yet not bothering to find out.

As you have suggested, you sold due to the perception of undue dilution...for many professionals, the recent placements and nature thereof would actually be a reason to buy.

Dilution is not always bad...and whilst higher prices reduce such dilution, at the end of the day, raising $500k via a cheap placement is not so bad when it results in multiples of this value added to the stock down the track.

We can assume the placement recipient expects to make a profit...and for sophisticated placements in these sortsof stocks, we are talking multiples of the entry price.

Sophisticates to not enter such stocks for 10% gains!

Assuming of course it was a sophisticate...the placement may well have been a sort of pay-off, a form of remuneration, a type of "signing" fee, or indeed simply designed to "let in" someone who might be key to the company and will add significsant support to the stock in the future...or it may simply be a sweetener for the recent placement recipients over 30c?

For me, the timing of the placement, so close to a known news event suggests corporate strategy...they do not need this money right now and the numbers involved are relatively small. All the signs of being a "friendly prior to a major change in circumstance.

This past week has been littered with game playing...far more than usual...clearly a precursor to what may well be the most significant news the company has released in the last 12 months.

As for people's expectations for the share price to rise significantly in response, I respectfully suggest they just don't get it.

The finance facility effectively kicks off a serious company, triggering all sorts of developments with the opening of a bloody big door to a whole new era...to focus on the share price at such a time is simply missing the gravity of it all.

CVI's success should be measured in what CVI have achieved...and what it will mean for the future...not what the "players" will do with it short-term.

    Cheers!
