3 releases Centro could make and in no particular order of probability:
1. Liquidation/administration. Unlikely I would have thought. Centro would surely wait until the last minute before a Feb 15 deadline before announcing its death.
2. Some kind of offer, buyout etc. Self explanatory and possible.
3. A market "update" or "progress report". Given Thursday carnage of the stock, Centro might consider a suspension in the trade to "inform" the market of its efforts the best way to stablise the SP.
Option 3 most likely IMHO followed by option 2.
I don't hold Centro at the moment.
