I have delivered projects with government time frames clearly stated for approvals on several projects. I am not being harsh one bit. I think CCZ is taking the easy way out of committing to timeframes because none of them are in fulltime positions. This is what happens when directors have too many boards that they sit on. COB has a fulltime CEO and they are hitting timeframes smack dab on the head. The govt always states maximum time frame for approvals per dept. We are in this to make money not provide excuses for poor performance. And I am sure Peter Meagher is also of that opinion. I am giving him another month before I start to see big changes in the way things are committed to or not. If he is as good as they say he is the Mr Meagher will be doing exactly what I am doing and locking down actions activities and timing. Otherwise we will be sitting here for another year before anything starts to happen.
