My take - Sproule and Harper want to have a professional board to develop LGP and TD to go (well done TD getting it this far but its now time to let go of the baby etc) TD wants to keep the baby and arranges Fitton and Co vote to oust Sproule. Harper walks knowing Sproules a goner stating Sproule is one of the few people in Aust capable of getting the mill up and working and he doesn't like hand grenades. TD takes the reins in getting the mill happening. Harmanis steps up with some cash and gets Dawes on the board, Dawes runs the ruler over the LGP, sits TD down and says we have a problem - and here we are today.
