Yes the yields are very nice indeed in the East at present. However I am achieving 4.8% and increasing so I am way above Perth average at present :)
I like your statement... "High value lifestyle rural properties - with a stand out point of difference" I just happen to have 5 acres of it within 32k's of Perth and only 8mins to the freeway and new train line.
As it turns out also highly sought after in Perth as no more large acreage estates are opening up this close to Perth. Only developer interest incresing with residential slowing creeping in. Not long now...
