There was a 3B Announcement back on the 22nd October which showed an addition of over 640,322,543 shares pending the T/O offer. This was enough shares to fully takeover GWR at the time at a deal of 5 to 1 and was PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THE TAKEOVER.

I dare say that as the takeup increases, another 3B announcement will, in fact, be required to allow for;

a) The extra 2 shares offered in the revised 7 : 1 deal.

b) Allow for any extra shares on issue as a result of the capital raising, rights issue and exercising of listed and unlisted options.

All appears to be above board.
