Just to expand the placement and the above post a little further:-

"The proposed share placement is conditional upon Benitec reaching a satisfactory settlement with the CSIRO over litigation relating to ddRNAi".

It was also pointed out on page 15 that Benitec expects to announce shortly to the market "settlement of all litigation on a drop hands basis by all parties".
