I agree this 7 to 1 dilutes FAS. GWR should leave FAS alone so FAS can grow to the massive company it POTENTIALLY can be. This whole takeover process is slowing their progression of their oil, gas, uranium, zinc, copper, diamonds, kryptonite, gold, silver, lithium ... you name it FAS potentially has it.
