If gold is attached then it has to be dissolved off the outside of the waste (gangue) particles. I.e. they have to use a cyanide leach - CIP (carbon in pulp). Probably have to grind finer too to assist dissolution in a reasonable time.
They way it is they should be able to just float it with a relatively coarse grind.
I think there's almost no gravity recoverable gold in this lot.
The good thing is we're not going to lose fine gold (or refractory gold as far as I can see).
What they're saying is 95% recovery at a medium to coarse grind is great. I agree.
Not sure about total uniformity but likely. - Very early days yet.
