    Lol I didn't give you advice was just the two logical outcomes from what you are saying. You think we have no voting power in the new company and that AMAL will get to 90% and force us to sell, yet in the same breath you're here saying you think over 25% of TAW holders will vote against the merger - can you explain that logic?

    And also yes I was making a point. AJM is not worth more than $1 right now and in fact is probably quite some time away from it so a takeover is never going to be that high. Also "worth a lot more than that" - I reckon you maybe get 50% at best from $1 on AJM and it won't be this decade. I think some people struggle with realistic valuations and also how business is done.

    Oh and finally I don't think I have 'abused you' - I clearly disagree with your opinion but that's not the same thing.
