Many of us understand the history behind the options and the ELF simply because we've been here all along however I'm fairly sure any new holders would appreciate sensible discussion on how the present situation with shares in escrow etc came about as it could affect their investment decisions, isn't that why were on HC. But the only options left are esioc and you can buy them any time you wish.
