If you have sales today of $100 and then buy an other company in 12 months and suddenly have sales of $300 as a group, then you can report a 200% increase in sales. You as an investor would not know if the original business has gone backward or grown also, as it has not been reported.
You tell me how much IF sales they had in Qrt 3? Is IF sales not important and is what BUB is all about?
