Obvious that someone is selling and someone else is buying...the question is the seller has been quite aggressive selling the stock down from 26 when they started selling.

1/Confirmed EBITDA three times
2/Confirmed going concern (can pay debts)
3/CEO bought shares @ 35 cents
4/New CFO who is highly regarded
5/Cutting costs by sacking under-performing staff
