The only debt they are getting back is for the $115M USD SCSN that they lent + 4 years interest which was always going to be the case as it's secured but Lord Abbett (substantial share holder who was part of the DOCA but not the SCSN) gets nothing......this is provided that they didn't sell it to themself (which is still unclear who the potential buyers are).
