    Is the underwriting facility a revolving one and how does this differ from a debt facility and at what cost is it to be operated to the organisation and under what terms? Could the funding be similar to a convertible note instrument and a stand by equity facility?

    Is their and Indian connection via Mauritius or is it via the UK?
