Actually the FID [final investment decision] is most likely not decided, if it were, they wouldn't need two more months. FID isn't just a "yes or no" decision to build, it is a decision on all the details of how they are going to do it. Not just a "who" is going to do it, but exactly what they are going to do, down to how many shovels and buckets they need to order. But sure, they knew they were going to mine this property from the moment they bought it. This property was chosen specifically as the demonstration project for their technology.
