I got that wrong but, Schedule 1 and 3 have a FUTURE tone to them.
I think shareholders need to see results....BG LCE confirmation, JORC ver.1 (ver.2 with PEA would be nice) and a small or large OT deal would nice before we start issuing more stock.
The REALLY good news...
No way we don't get BG LCE confirmation, JORC ver.1 before May 14th...Shareholder would be ropeable by then and nothing would get passed.
I love deadlines...May 14 it is!
(however I know we'll get both way before then!)
