Yes you are probably right but we would have something tangible that we are buying and we know what we have not what we might get this was $2:00 when we all thought this was a done deal not $3:00. there will have to be a share placement or a share offer to proceed after approvals are in , the $ 3;00 will come in time but after placements .dyor
