This is the reply from the ASX. I have taken their advice and now contacted ASIC

Steven Goh has told the ASX that he responds to the email address given below. This is not the case.

If Mr Goh at least had the decency to update his shareholders even once a month whether the news be good or bad then at I could respect that.

ASX refers to your email dated 10 April 2018 raising concerns about the length of time of MIG’s suspension and your ability to contact MIG.
ASX would like to thank you for making the time and effort to bring these matters to its attention. These types of communications are an important source of intelligence for ASX in performing its role of monitoring and enforcing compliance with ASX’s Listing Rules.
MIG’s securities have been suspended from quotation since 7 February 2017, and will not be reinstated until MIG is in a position to comply with the ASX listing rules, including, but not limited to our periodic reporting requirements.
MIG have confirmed that whilst the office phone is disconnected an investor email address is active and will be responded to. The address that we have been provided with regarding this matter is [email protected].
Unfortunately, ASX’s communications with MIG regarding its progress towards reinstatement must remain confidential. As such, we are unable to tell you any more at this stage. We are also unable to give even general advice as to the availability of compensation for any losses you have sustained; however, if you suspect that MIG may have committed misconduct, we suggest you obtain independent legal advice, as well as contact the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”), which is Australia’s corporate regulator.
