Hi Malay, can you explain why appointment of new additional executives is a good thing? Wouldn’t that mean more expenditure (big wages), more performance rights and options? Or is BGS’s current management insufficient and they can’t really get things done?

Genuine question as I’m not a big resources investor so it may be completely different compared to startup tech companies. I hate startup tech companies that hire famous ex-directors and ex-CEOs of big name companies because they create cashflow negative positions and future CR events usually all while without contributing to profitability!!

I’ve been hit twice in this space, so not a fan of having excessive directors and executives with their fat pay packages and free shares.
