Thanks so much for taking some time to provide a detailed response to my query. It is very helpful for me (and others too I'm sure) to hear and consider the broader context from your perspective of how this new product may gain a position in the Australian market place.

Market place acceptance and use will require successful and positive experiences for all involved: from design and construction consultants to placement contractors. Slowly but surely these things will happen.

If the seven points you outline fall into place, then it is far easier to present a compelling business case.
