well now that you have a reply, and i'm glad for you , i thought i might venture my opinion , namely that the bunch of questions you put were quite involved as i recall and i can see that it would have taken some time to draft a comprehensive response at a time when the coy presumeably has many calls on its attention .
given this and other priorities six weeks was probably about right !
