RFN is @ $10M MC $5M cash, FGF @ $23M, unsure of cash or structure.
RFN has 15% stake and commitment of ~ $2.8m of Loyyal blockchain company already generating revenue.
The investment was strategic gives access APAC region and lets RFN utilise blockchain technology.
RFN also just released Phase 1 of their wooboard product upgrade which was significant and cut out the fat and inefficient sales team and marketing structure. Has yet to be proven but potential upside here alone is multiple bags... Can run to $100M+ market cap on hype and broker involvement alone.
IMO RFN is light years ahead of blockchain index company and priced the best EV.
Even at 4-6c range it is potentially undervalued.
As people have mentioned come June Emirates and others will be onboard with loyal in addition to other potential acquisitions and turn key block chain solutions they are actively involved with (third party independent is on board now scoping opportunities)...
