Not having a go at you Corran but your predictions are pretty simple, I like that actually, not complications.

If we get annoucements of projects the price will go up.
If we dont, then the price will go down.

Now, back to the beginning, we can say it will go down all that we like, but it still equals the same.

Will the company jump in?? NO, Do the company really care? They will say Yes but they mean NO as they are waiting on a decision that is BEYOND THIER CONTROL.

The company cannot answer the HARD QUESTIONS simply because they dont know, yet no doubt the answer will be they will get or hear something soon, Correct???
