1. Love the way you sit on the fence “I’m not saying that...” Malta will go through. Because the constituents want it. If you have done your research, you would know that the farmers in Malta are extremely positive about this. So stop with the generalised statements.
2. The boards level of success is clearly demonstrated. The number of shares enables the growth of the company. There is nothing ridiculous about it. It is what it is. Less shares just means it would cost us more to buy...
3. They should never hsve announced the VC deal. This is in itself a naive statement. So the company signs a deal and then is meant to be quiet about it? You do understand the continuous disclosure requirements of the asx. By not announcing a deal that has a material effect on share price they would be in breach of those requirements. I think you might want to have a lie down. You talk gibberish
