That’s an honourable goal, G. Really I think anyone who doesn’t fully understand what they are voting on at a company meeting owes it to fellow shareholders not to do so. Uninformed voting can be a distinct risk associated with small companies with a high retail investor profile.
I agree that with the level of cash now available there definitely should be no need for another raising for defensive purposes. However I would not be adverse to a CR to service an unexpected massive new contract.
