AMA is demerging then selling the panels division for $508m. The remaining portions are the non panel + ACAD. I suspect it's undervalued, but at this stage, we're relying on Ray and the team to strip out costs from the ASG acquisition and generate ACAD revenue. For me, there's no rush as there is a floor to the share price.
