What are you talking about? That doesn’t make sense on ANY level. So the critics have been touting an enormous positive for the company (ie, that they don’t have to follow the new Tanz mining laws)??

Watch the CNBC interview with Frank. The interviewer is under the impression that MNS thinks it’s exempt from the mining legislation, and he comments on how unique this MNS license is as a result. Frank does not dispute the claim that they are exempt.
