possible reason for slow talks re molyhil

Now here are some Facts which perhaps THR should have informed us of.
Two Chinese Molybdenum Companies,Launchuan Molybdenum and Jinduicheng Molybdenum in the last Year have been going through the I.P.O. process and China has also banned the Export of its Molybdenum.
Now if THR is in talks with either of the fore mentioned Companies, the process I think would be somewhat complicated because of their recent I.P.O.s, however the I.P.O.s would have left Cash in the Companies available for Projects.
These Companies, of course would need to be very careful in the way they carry out their Buisness however I as a THR Shareholder would rather THR be dealing with them, than many of the various Banks around the World.
