It might be the best thing as then the FAS merger may go through quicker - strangulation of the board is the worst thing that can happen to a company - no progress can be made becasue the vote will awalys be split - these share prices will recover but the GWR capital raising was a bad strategy - especially when the independents valued at 2.92 - I wonder if it was actually aimed at delivering control quicker - this company has had a 35% resource upgrade in the past 6 months and has tracked back 30% share price - work that out !!!!

I want to see the back of Gary and get some structure into the board !!
