There will be no announcement from MNS management to its shareholders about this, it will slowly ebb away until finally management will tell it’s shareholders that they decided to build their graphite processing plant close to the mine because it was the most sensiblely economical way to do it and they won’t ever mention it in combination with a SEZ again.
