There seems to be two China Holdings websites and the news announcement is slightly different on each. For this reason I have pasted the two links below:
They have an announcement titled: INSIDE INFORMATION STRATEGIC INVESTMENT IN AUSTRALIAN CZN CO-CU-AU-NI MINING COMPANY
Highlights read (taken from both announcements):

“the Company will work with CZN to fast track the feasibility study and mine development of the Cobalt Range project to create and realize value for all shareholders”
I hope this builds confidence on why CZN has a bright future in Cobalt & how Hanking will invest to develop Mt Gillmore all the way.
Now that I have found this I can positively say that I am invested in CZN predominantly for their Cobalt discovery at Mt GIllmore.
Last but not least, Hanking Australia owns 11% of CZN (Bought into in Aug 2017@ entry price of 1.4cents), they can buy over 80 million more chares when SP hits 3cents within 2 years. You would think they won’t allow the SP to stay at these levels for much longer.
Buckle UP – CZN is about to drill at Mt Gillmore and this could be their time.
