I.M.F. who are handling the class action and funding it have sent out 700 packages to shareholders who have called for info.they believe that the aua shareholders ass are contacting 12000 past and present shareholders as we speak to suggest they join the class action.
the various profit downgrades were mishandked and the company was preniously in the hands of idiots all of whom i knew in las vegas where i have resided for 9 of the past 11 years.one of these problem execs is still an employee
