USD450m is FARs number... no one else's.... at FID the company must be 'good for this'.... the Govt will accept no less.... nor will the JV...tiz the way it works DB... whether they need to utilise that full amount is irrelevant... it MUST be bankable...at FID....ask FAR if you missed the clearest imaginable steer from them a few weeks back .... soooo... where does the A$650m come from? You can be sure CNE and WPL will be offering no favours.. hence 8c SP .... GL
