@colb, I am as frustrated as any other share holder in this stock to see the SP where it is believe me.
Have we been misled, taken for a fool, conned? I don’t think so.
I have to remind myself of why I invested in this stock. I am a realist.

• The SP is crap – True
• Significant revenue reported – No and this is largely contributing to the declining SP along with potential dilution if the resolutions get up.
• Major sell off in the stock – No (I don't count today's 3% a sell off)
• Money in the bank – $16M (Or close to it at last count)
• Have fundamentals changed or problems in R&D – No (at least none that have been reported)
• Regular updates – Yes, how many other CEO’s present a Webinar to keep the market informed. From reading many posts nearly all agreed that Louis spoke well and from my perspective I would have to say convincingly.
• High quality and qualified board to execute the product- I would say Yes
• Akida on track - Yes

There are many things that we have to take at face value. E.g. everything that Louis has told us in the webinars and updates. How do I know that they have had 300 odd leads from the presentations? Not sure about anyone else but am taking his word for it. He said they have dozens of NDA’s hard to argue with that either way. I’m sure you get my point.

In my mind there is no way that Peter, Anil or Robert would vote the resolutions down thinking that Louis was being greedy. He would have consulted them before hand for sure. I do feel that they have misread the Australian market and particularly HC posters. Unless there is a very convincing quarterly I will definitely vote no too. I agree this may get taken off the agenda once they get sentiment feedback.

Unless I am misunderstanding on what people are thinking I don’t see this as a cash grab from Louis, with the number of shares that is and will be available to him if he was to off load, this stock would be at zero before he even looked like making a dent in his holding.
I think there is something in the wind that is driving this share advance.

As disappointing as this SP is, I feel it is way too early to give up on this stock just yet.
My 2 cents worth for tonight and happy to be corrected on any points.
