Your right in what your saying.But its a long term fix to a short term problem.I and many others believe now if not six months ago was and is the time to get into property.Every sector has its run.Now its the time of the investor in real estate.He or she are buying and buying strongly.when the economy slows down and i think almost everyone agrees it is or will very shortly.Interest rates WILL DROP.Bringing in the domestic private buyers in their droves.It happens every time.and will happen again.Rents are rising believe me when i say the housing market is ready to go for another run.What will run this time are the suburbs that did not run last time or had modest growth.Its just like trading shares you never buy at the top of a cycle.So in regards to cnp their is value in their assets and it will be at a bargain price for one.
