announcement query

Hello to all. I have been holding ELK for a little while now and I have a very simple question. I am fully aware that in previous posts it has been established that the Directors don't usually "talk up" or make announcements on the stock just to keep the SP up like other companies may do.

Obviously the AGM was the point in which they stated that the ANN would be out by Feb, but I was wondering, in light of the commnets above, why the Directots are unwilling to simply give an update on what is progressing. Not ramping up the stock on false ANN and leaving investors in the dark are 2 seperate things and I feel they owe at least that. Although this is a great averaging out period to buy, we may see this drop several cents lower whilst waiting for a "possible" positive ANN.

Can anyone shed any light.
