Does anybody know what RIMS obligations are in terms of transferring cash made from MT Marion to NMT ? I noticed in a few announcements it says RIM obligation is to transfer profits to NMT to the maximum extent but it is subject to RIMS board approval and it has its own obligations Like paying dividends to it shareholders ? I don’t know if I’m looking into it the wrong way but are the shareholders of RIM. Lining there pockets and keeping the cashflows away from NMT ?
