BUL might be worth keeping an eye on as well, they also hold significant leases in the NT and perhaps look the best out of the rest (BKP, BPT, CTP, MMR).
Chart has been basing nicely for a while now and looks set to break out, weather this latest news will be the catalyst is yet to be determined though.
