You can submit shareholder resolutions to the AGM. Whilst this may get some pushback from the Board, it would signal less than happy shareholders and could be a point to help other dissenting shareholders to voice their concerns.

I can also suggest voting against the remuneration report as for a company this size, they are paid far too highly in my personal opinion. Cushy jobs they don't want to lose hence trying to make something stick i.e. graphite/vanadium. I still can't believe the ex-CEO is not ashamed one iota to be sitting on the board.

FYI I have contacts in graphite and this kind of scale is just not viable nor do they have expertise. Them showing you some pictures of core samples is such a red herring.
