    BBB- spreads: LIBOR + 1300bp. Meaning to borrow Centro would be paying around 5.0% + 13% = 18%!

    go to www.markit.com.au - then go to indicies - then go to CMBX - look at most recent BBB- rating.

    This is how much they borrow at.
