bergo .....using your own logic MMX is off 40-50% in the same timeframe .....MMX directors have topped up both on-market(i think) and by exercising options....
I am all for defending a claim on the basis of principles , my concern for MMX is that if , as posted on various occasions, the "alledged" dollar figure at issue is so small in the scheme of things why not make a commercial decision and settle the matter and remove any uncertainty so that they can move forward with the MIS t/o. I suspect that there is more to this than meets the eye, time will tell. Now that it is front of the Federal Court anything is possible....no one other than those involved in the original dealings knows how this will play out ......and at what cost to MMX at the end of the day in both dollars and damage to its 'brand' .
