For what it's worth after doing some shopping yesterday I wandered into one of the new Eastlink shops they have and had a chat with the helpful staff.

Among other things I didn't know is that the toll will be 20% off on weekends, handy to know.

I asked when it was going to open and they said they couldn't say for sure but certainly by end of June. I don't know if that will be tolling by the end of June or if there will be a free period.

Anyway, picked up another 20,000 units today at $1.47. I see CEU as cheap at this level. Here's hoping all works out in the end!
