CHM released 10% of nothing. All they have said is that they want a chunk of MMX and they feel they deserve it. No detail whatsoever. I'd like a chunk of BHP, and I certainly deserve it!
Why would revealing anything prejudice the case? Surely all the information goes before the court for the judge to decide. There is no jury here to be swayed by public opinion, or previous statements.
Without necessarily needing to, MMX have released info of what happened about the time and said they have engaged forensic accountants. It has been suggested on this forum that this was a sign of guilt on MMX's behalf. Can't a company defend themselves? Especially when the opponent is so cowardly to not reveal publicly what they believe they have done. CHM have tried to use speculation to drive the share price up and I would imagine if it doesn't continue spiralling down to earth, they will try a capital raising to crystalise their ill-gotten gains.
