I agree Imac. I know everyone is pissed at the dilution and the price paid per share but you cant sell shares for more than their current market price. As raised in the report, the last CR was at 1.7 and Forise are paying 1.6. This is just the only way to raise the money in one hit. By the looks of what I think is happening is Peter has interest in Muller and or Bugalo but cant seal the deal as more work is required and we dont have the funds to move forward. I therefore understand the reasons why Peter took the deal. He needed to move forward with the exploration but couldnt raise the capital needed in the current market. Although he is no-longer on the board I believe he will still have a substantial input. I dont intent to stay in here forever myself and have doubled down several times since the consolidation but this level is still too low for me so I will wait and see what happens. Forise are buying in for a reason also and I'm guessing what ever that reason is it will be worth more than 1.6c per share.
