It’s exceedingly likely the company is insolvent as other posters have noted.
Management are hopeless and hapless.
The line of 0.2 cents ( $0.002 ) has just been hit for the first time with a 2 million share sale. 36 million apparently still wanted at the moment.
Decisions / decisions - none of them good....
