re: class action to spender I've traded this one up from 76 cents to $2.50 finally getting out of it for the time being some six weeks ago, and have done very well out of it. Its in a great industry and ALL has the potential to go higher, but I must concur with the downtrend on this one. Unless they get their act together soon, they will see further falls. They could see under $1.00 in the absence of some good news. No one likes to see dishonest management, especially when they keep vital financial information from shareholders. This class action will not help them either. I've looked at the particulars and believe ALL has a good chance of losing. Even if they do not, they are unlikely to get costs awarded to them, as the action is viable and not frivolous.
