Yes a problem i have mulled over but they have stated in a previous BRR interview that the work they do isnt as labour intensive as some so can control it but it is still a factor for sure. i would say the quotes are just higher ot cover it as they dont deal with small consumers easier to pass on to govt. of industry as all competitors will be raising bids to keep profits. Lets not forget the work is so bountiful that players liek STS can prob afford to ask for more dollars otherwise people will have to wait a year to get anyone ot do the work.
