Surely the 11mb of oil forecast to be produced by 30 June 08 must be well and truly blown away by now. I would expect the qrtly reports of the JV partners to be bringing out a new forecast.

If it carried on at 50K bpd, total at 30 Jun would be 15.5mb

@45K per day = 14.6mb
@40K per day = 13.7mb
@35K per day = 12.8mb
@30K per day = 11.9mb

Obviously 11mb at 30 June 2008 is toast now.
